Fees for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance
To ensure fast, efficient access for all our customers, appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. After this time, a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment price will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or for no-shows.

Delay policy
Late appointment policy
If you think you’ll be late for your appointment, it’s important to contact us as soon as possible.
For a delay of less than 10 minutes, depending on the reason for the consultation, the professional may agree to carry out the consultation.
If the appointment is more than 10 minutes late, the professional may not be able to carry out the consultation, and a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment rate will be charged.
